Fascinating. I had never heard of the quantified self as the term for people who eagerly engage in bio tracking. I’m not a fully quantified self, as I only track two things.

You’re in good company! I only reliably track diet and medications/supplements. Sometimes I’ll record blood pressure or step count measurements. A lot of other things are prohibitively expensive to track regularly, e.g. microbiome sequencing, metabolomics, epigenetic aging clocks.
