It took me about two years to get my microbiome to handle a plant-based diet without sending me to the bathroom. But once it settled down, my digestive system could handle a variety of greens, nuts, and grains with no problems. My weight is fine, not a problem. Thanks for this posting. I always learn so much from your articles, Nina. I appreciate it.
Thanks for sharing, Tom. I empathize with your experience. After a course of fluoroquinolone antibiotics, most foods triggered mast cell reactions. It took several years to identify what was happening and even longer to find ways to prevent the inappropriate degranulation. So many of us still keep falling through the cracks of the healthcare system.
The transplant results are really interesting. How close are we to human studies? And has the wellness industry jumped on this bandwagon by peddling untested microorganisms?
Thank you very much Nita Jain for the knowledge you give us through your informative posts about our health. I have learned a lot about how to protect my microbiome. here in Africa we are lucky to eat a lot of fiber and natural foods that strengthen the microbiome fruits and vegetables are also abundant so every day we must eat and that is where we get strong health.but here in Afria, we are lucky enough to breed many animals, so we get at least half a liter of milk per day .Finally, I ask you to visit Africa where you will do a lot of research and you will help provide education to the throwers. God bless you very much and be healthy our dear.
